The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) is the UK's National Metrology Institute (NMI), developing and maintaining the national primary measurement standards, as well as collaborating with other NMIs to maintain the international system of measurement.

Transportation

Buses: 33, 281, 285, 481, R68 and X26 all serve Teddington.
Please note that local buses do not accept cash.

Trains: Regular services connect Teddington with London Waterloo in approximately 30 minutes.

From Heathrow: Routes 285, and the faster X26 both connect Teddington with Heathrow Airport. A taxi journey will take approximately 30 minutes.

Car: If arriving by car, you will need to register at the reception and request a parking permit. You will then need to repark in one of the main car parks. Please allow time to register, park and walk back to the main reception to join the event.
